Now, $20,000,000 will miraculously appear to cover the ‘Snouts in the Trough’ pollies for their meager pay rise. What a joke from ALL sides of the house!!!!

          Oh, and today she has announced $11 Billion (which we will have to borrow) to prop up the Euro !!   How stupid is this Government without a mandate !

We're "broke" & can't help our own Seniors, Troops, Orphans or Homeless etc.

In the last month we have provided aid to Haiti, Indonesia,Timor , Turkey, Greece & Pakistan. Our Aged Pensioners living on a 'fixed income'
Receive no aid or get any breaks while our
Government and religious organizations pour
Hundreds of Millions of $$$$$$'S and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!

We have thousands of adoptable children who are shoved aside to make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.

AUSTRALIA a country where we have homeless without shelter, children and adults going to bed hungry,
elderly going without 'needed' medication and
mentally ill without treatment - etc etc.
YET...................
They are requesting donations for the people of Pakistan a country currently buying fighter planes worth $1.4 billion.

TV stations, ships & planes lining up with food,water,tents,clothes, bedding,doctors and medical supplies.

Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US'
The same support they give to other
Countries.

   If YOU aim to achieve justice for Danny Chen, then DO NOT MIX
Danny's case with another case of an AsAm soldier committing suicide,
possibly owing to hazing. The other case was much weaker. Two of the
3 culprits have already being tried. The first guilty soldier got a slap on
the wrist. The second one was found NOT guilty yesterday.
   Do NOT mix the 2 cases, because OTHERWISE the same type of results
could be handed down to those who bullied Danny Chen. Those who
mixed the 2 cases will have paved the way for that kind of result.
   There are 2 HUGE DIFFERNECES between the two cases:
1) The bullying of Danny Chen was clearly racial. The other hazing was
    likely caused by the AsAm soldier falling sleep repeatedly during guard
    duties in a war zone. See the differences!
2) Danny was a Private, he was bullied by his superiors who actually have
    the duty to protect him. The other AsAm was hazed by 3 soldiers, two
    of whom were fellow corporals. A subtle but important legal pt.
   Our community lacks experienced leaders. Past significant
mistakes by in-experienced Asian Am. leaders include:
(a) The fouling up of the Vincent Chin's case: An Asian Am. prosecution
attorney was possibly tricked into coaching witnesses. It led to a REVERSAL
of a guilty finding, with a 25 years of jail sentence for the culprit, by a

(b) Earlier, in Danny Chen's case there was a bandwagon of inexperienced
Asian Am. leaders emphasizing "training programs against hazing" instead
of insisting on "Justice First." 80-20 pointed out that training programs
would he ineffective, if the guilt ones would be let off easy. Immediately,
80-20 started the "Justice First Movement," and stopped that
bandwagon!
   Congresswoman Judy Chu has joined 80-20's "Justice First Movement."
We thank her.
   Don't relax. Another HUGE mistake could be in the making.
   Recently, in-experienced Asian Am leaders are MIXING THE TWO CASES
in one breadth. Ask them to think things through. Perhaps, nudge them to just
follow 80-20's lead.
   Is justice for the other AsAm soldier important? YES! Does 80-20
have enough resources to do a good job in both? NO! Hopefully, one
day, with your support, 80-20 will have enough resources to cover
ALL needed cases.

WA Regulator - Rule of Law

Dear Attorney General,

While we are waiting for the Law Reform Commission of WA’s Report as indicated by us in our email to you dated 9th June 2011, we are surprised to find that the President of the British Columbia Bar the Honourable GORDON TURRIFF Q.C. had already criticized the failings of our Australian regulators of the legal profession as early as September, 2009. There is no denying that he had made a serious study of our irregular regulatory system and found something amiss..... The flaw of our system that is adjusted to cater for the endemic cronyism and corruption in our Barnett government that has already been criticized by our beloved former WA Labour Premier Professor Geoff Gallop that has been highlighted by the Western Australian on the 18th day of November, 2011.

That criticism is impliedly focussed on the aspect of the WA Regulator in particular, which does not preserve the independence of lawyers as in the case of Mr. Nicholas N Chin just as any member of the judiciary needs its independence to be preserved in order to be able to deliver justice to the common people.

The learned President indicates to that Lawyer's Independence is a sine qua non to Judiciary Independence and any repression upon the BAR by the BENCH speaks of corruption of the latter at its core. The repression of the BAR can only be achieved by the BENCH failing to protect the most fundamental and sacrosanct principle of a true democracy like Australia in the RULE OF LAW.

FAIR Work Australia says its inquiry into federal Labor MP Craig Thomson might never be made public.

Fair Work Australia said "no decision has been made on whether the investigation report to be provided to the general manager will be made public".

Union official Kathy Jackson, who sought the inquiry, said it must be made public.

"Of course this report should be released. How could it not be in the public interest, particularly given the controversy surrounding this case and the delays in processing?" she said.

Opposition Leader Tony Abbott said the delay was not acceptable.

Racism is deep-seated, says ex-Governor General Peter Hollingworth

FORMER governor-general Peter Hollingworth has branded Australia Day an excuse for a booze-up, adding we are all racist deep down.

Dr Hollingworth said positives of the day, such as citizenship and a celebration of achievements, were marred.

"This is the day when more drunkenness and violence and that sort of stuff is going on," Dr Hollingworth said.

"It tells me that somehow we haven't got our act together.

"Is this the best day to celebrate? Plainly it's not, in the heat, during the holiday festivities.

"It's not a good time for our indigenous people. They are not happy with it. To them it has all sorts of other negative connotations. I wish we could find another day."

Speaking on MTR's Steve Vizard program yesterday, Dr Hollingworth backed comments last week by prominent surgeon Charlie Teo, who said racism was very much alive in Australia.

"I think the truth is, we are all racist, really, when it comes down to it," he said.

"I think all of us have to check ourselves from time to time, and say, look, that sort of attitude isn't good enough.

"It takes discipline to keep our prejudices out."

Dr Hollingworth conceded there was no real chance of the national day shifting to another date.

"We've got to make sure that we focus upon the best in ourselves, and we don't waste it as an occasion for another booze-up or another kind of mindless celebration," he said.

"We've got enough of those going on now."

Radical youth party begins propaganda

A POLITICAL party with policies including an end to multiculturalism will swamp university and school students with pamphlets in a push to expand its support base in WA.

The Australia First party is using Australia Day to meet and discuss its push for membership in this state.

Party secretary Dr Jim Saleam told PerthNow that the youth wing of the party, known as the Eureka Youth League (EYL), are in the midst of printing a large quantity of posters, stickers and leaflets ready to be handed out to young WA people in coming weeks.

Asked whether this was part of a WA recruitment push, Dr Saleam said: "Yeah it is, it's also an attempt to give EYL profile.''

On their website the EYL call themselves a "patriotic youth organisation'' keen to develop the voice of Australian youth in the struggle to preserve their heritage and identity as Australians.
Dr Saleam says he and his colleagues are not concerned whether they are called "right wing'' or "extreme right wing.''

"Australia First Party is an Australian nationalist party,'' Dr Saleam said.

"In our system of reasoning that places us with the tradition of the original Australia labor movement, nationalist-radical movement, our political model goes beyond the current strands of left and right.''

One document to be handed out says: "Overseas student programs at every level of Australian education should be substantively phased out. Australian education institutions are for Australians.''

The same document says "multiculturalist propaganda'' will be subjected to "counter attack'' through truth and counter education efforts.

Australia totally without leaders - former PM

Dear Mr. Johnston,

Mr. Fraser is right when he said that we have no leadership.

We are a laughing-stock when we allowed those self-centred faceless men to choose their leader to run this lucky country – Australia.

Most politicians are just as worthless as the un-elected Prime Minister Julia Gillard and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott.

Our courts urgently need some repair as well as the media is taking the easy way out.

What would happen to us if we don’t have a reliable “Banker”?
